Vegan Red Velvet Cake with Buttercream Frosting


Since I have become vegan, I realized that I haven't had any sweets. While this is good and fine for the most part, after a good two months I am really craving something sweet! I am not the best baker, definitely a better cook... so I needed something simple.

Since I have never baked a cake from scratch before I thought 'No Problem' what is so hard when it comes to baking from scratch?! Well, I discovered that it really wasn't that hard at all and the ingredients were pretty common.

I found the recipe online and went to town. One change I made was to make this cake into cupcakes... they turned out great! This recipe is amazing!
